Laura Vandervoort is out of this world.

The Canadian beauty struck a chord with viewers on the drama 'Instant Star' before taking flight as Clark Kent's Kryptonian cousin Kara on 'Smallville.'

Still in the sci-fi world, and now back as lizard visitor Lisa on 'V,' Vandervoort spoke to TV Squad about being an alien princess, superheroes, and missing home.
