Video: Ray Rice at the Nike 7ON Championships

We recently caught up with Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice (from Rutgers!) at the national 7-on-7 championships on the Nike campus in Beaverton, Ore.

Rice was there to help 150 of the best high school players in the nation with their workouts as they prepare for this weekend's tournaments.

He also talked about his own high school days, how Joe Flacco has developed, and what the Ravens have to do in order to finally get over that final obstacle ? winning the Super Bowl.
