Italian Mayor Sets 'Jersey Shore' Cast Rules: No Bars, No Booze

What's a season of 'Jersey Shore' without a bar fight or public binge drinking?

We'll soon find out as the cast of the MTV show heads to Florence, Italy, where the mayor has given the show a list of strict rules to follow during their stay to film season 4.

According to the New York Post, the mayor of Florence, Matteo Renzi, listed several rules in the Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera for the 'Jersey Shore' cast to follow.

Renzi's rules are pretty strict -- at least by MTV standards -- and they include:

o. The cast will not be filmed in bars and clubs that serve alcohol.

o. The cast will not be filmed drinking in public.

o. The show will not be filmed to promote Florence as a drinking town.

o. The show should be filmed in a manner to promote Italy (not Americans visiting Italy) and feature its culture and good food.
