Herschel Walker To Be Featured On Showtime's "Inside The NFL" Tonight

This Saturday, we'll lay witness to another solid Strikeforce card as Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza faces UFC veteran "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler in what'll be Jacare's first defense of the Strikeforce Middleweight Title and Nick Diaz defends his Strikeforce Welterweight World Title against Evangelista "Mr. Cyborg" Santos.

Tonight, however, Showtime will be airing something related to the one guy on the card that very few are paying much attention to.

An NFL legend and 1982 winner of the always-coveted Heisman Trophy, Herschel Walker made his debut for Strikeforce last year with a third-round TKO over newcomer Greg Nagy in a bout that tested many elements of Walker, including his endurance, his grit and his will to fight inside the cage.

The fact that Walker did not quit on himself shows that the 48-year-old is likely to be in this sport for a long time, despite coming into the sport at an age where most men ought to consider retirement from physical combat-based competition.

Tonight on Inside The NFL on Showtime, the gridiron greats time with the AKA boys in California will be featured along with an exclusive interview with Inside The NFL reporter Susannah Collins.

Those of you with Showtime can catch the show at 10PM ET/PT tonight, and those of you who'll want to check out what Walker had to say about his crossover and his words of wisdom for the new breed of gridiron sensations can call your cable or satellite providers to catch this intriguing episode of the ever-popular show on Showtime.

You can also check out an exclusive preview of the video here and also watch Herschel in the cage when he takes on Scott Carson this Saturday in San Jose.

I guarantee that this is one show that not even your most hardcore football fan will want to miss.
