Tillman has time for disciplinary calisthenics vs. Seahawks

The Seahawks didn't do a whole lot to push the Bears on Sunday afternoon, so it was up to the Bears to find a way to push themselves.

For cornerback Charles Tillman, that meant a pause in the action for some self-discipline. Here he is, knocking out a set of push-ups after letting what should have been an easy interception bounce off his hands.

When it's 21-0 and the opposition has barely put up a fight, I guess you do whatever you have to do to keep yourself engaged and interested. Lou Brown and Willie Mays Hayes approve.
