Mark Sanchez: Jets QB Playing Like His Shoulder Is Just Fine

Mark Sanchez has passed for more than 200 yards and one touchdown as of this writing, and the game isn't over yet. So any questions about his shoulder injury would affect his play should be answered.

Sanchez has to be the leader of this team if they are to go anywhere in the playoffs, and he's performed that role to varying degrees this season.

Sanchez has had some good games this year, but he's also had some games where he clearly had no answers for what the defenses were throwing at him.

Sanchez still is a work in progress, and with all the distractions the Jets have had the last couple of weeks, Sanchez is going to have to be the guy to rise above it all and rally the team on the field.

At the end of the year, the fans and the media have to be talking about Sanchez and his growth, not Sal Alosi and Rex Ryan's off-field habits.
