Russian Premier League: Dmitriy Molosh Signs with PFC Krylia Sovetov Samara

Dmitriy Molosh signed a two-and-a-half year contract with PFC Krylia Sovetov Samara. He signed after passing his medical examinations in Moscow and after a stint with Sibir Novosibirsk.

In an interview with the website of the team, he discovered that the team had an interest in signing him before the end of the last season.

While he admitted to having received other offers, he refused to go to Europe because the "Russian Premier League was a brand."

Molash also fell in love with Samara because of its "football loving tradition" and talked about his fond memories of the city.

The memory that he talked about was when he played at the Metallurg Stadium (located in Samara) in 2005 between BATE and Krylia Sovetov Samara. He said that it was one of the greatest events in his life.

Dmitriy Molosh was born in Belarus on December 10, 1981 and has had a meteoric rise in Russian football.

He has participated as a defender for Nosta before transferring to Sibir Novosibirsk. Molosh has a record of 13 goals, 17 yellow cards, 51 appearances, and 4,460 minutes played.

It is expected that Dmitriy Molosh will start his first game with the team in January 2011.
