NFL Fantasy Football Worst QB Award: Brett Favre, QB, Minnesota Vikings

NFL Fantasy Football Worst QB Award: Brett Favre, QB, Minnesota Vikings

Brett Favre may not have been an early draft pick this year.  But he still gave people that drafted him false hope.

In fact, the masses thought that he would have a somewhat decent season.  Perhaps not the same year as his first year with the Vikings but still a solid season, nonetheless.

This season's return for his 20th year in the NFL was a straight up disaster.

Favre looked nothing like the reinvigorated quarterback that nearly led the Vikings to the Super Bowl last year.  Instead, he just looked like a way-to-old has-been that would have been better off staying at home in his Mississippi farm, rocking his granddaughter to sleep.

Every week, we fell into the lure of starting Favre because we hoped he would snap out of his season-long funk.

And all he ever did was let fantasy owners down.

You can count me as one of the bitter owners to have Favre on my team.

Favre had one game in Week 5 when he threw for three touchdowns.  The rest of the team, he was just a failure. The rest of the year, Favre threw for 11 total touchdowns, with 19 interceptions.
