Sunday's Three Stars: Hiller perfect again; Benn undresses Barker

No. 1 Star: Jonas Hiller, Anaheim Ducks

Hiller continued to make his case for inclusion into the upcoming All Star Game with a 37-save shutout of the San Jose Sharks. Bobby Ryan scored the only goal of the game late in the second period as Anaheim won for the fifth time in their last six games.  It was Hiller's second straight shutout and fourth of the season.

No. 2 Star: Marian Hossa, Chicago Blackhawks

Hossa's goal and two assists came during a second period in which the Blackhawks scored four times en route to a 5-0 shutout of the New York Islanders. Corey Crawford made 29 saves for his second career shutout and Patrick Kane, Patrick Sharp and Niklas Hjarlmarsson each recorded two points.

No. 3 Star: Jamie Benn, Dallas Stars

With backup Andrew Raycroft subbing in for Kari Lehtonen, the Stars blanked the Minnesota Wild 4-0 behind 26 saves from their goaltender and a pair of goals from Benn. The win extends Dallas' road win streak to seven games and drops Minnesota to 1-6-3 in the second game of back-to-backs. Benn's first goal was the highlight of the night as he undressed Cam Barker and beat Jose Theodore:

Honorable mention: Before their game against the Islanders, the Blackhawks announced that they will be unveiling statues of Stan Mikita and Bobby Hull outside of United Center before next season ... Erik Cole's 11th of the year was the difference as Carolina got by Atlanta 4-3 in overtime. Justin Peters won his second straight start filling in for Cam Ward ... New Jersey erupted for five goals in the third period as they downed Tampa Bay 6-4 to snap a four-game losing streak. David Clarkson scored twiced and Patrick Elias had a goal and three assists. Martin Brodeur made 33 saves for only his second win since November 12th. Brodeur also tried to score a goal on an empty net for the third time in his career, but ended up earning an assist on Nick Palmieri's first NHL goal:

Did you know?: Chicago's last win against the Islanders came on Dec. 10, 2002, a six-game stretch. (AP)

Dishonorable mention: Blake Comeau was the only Islander who did not finish a minus ... Lightning goaltender Dan Ellis has allowed 11 goals in his past three appearances ... San Jose has scored just five times in their past five games since putting a five-spot up against the Chicago Blackhawks.
